I find it funny that people complain that Flash Sentry is underdeveloped. It was underdeveloped because that movie did -not- focus on romance. It was a sub-plot at most and Twilight pushed him aside to focus on her ultimate goal. There wasn’t even any conflict about staying or being with him, it was just a guy that Twilight thought was nice. 

If he -was- more focused on, the fedoras of rage would have flamed brighter as the movie would of have to revolve around Flash more and then more complaints would have spurred from that. It’s a no win situation that people will always complain about because it interferes with their waifus or head canons or worship of the original concept creator. In reality, sometimes that happens. You like someone, think they’re cute, nice whatever. If anything, it adds a little more depth to Twilight without even locking her down into anything committed.

Maybe nobody out there agrees with me and can try and see where I’m coming from because I have a lot of really really unpopular ideas about the show and the canon in general, and that’s another thing that rambles my jammies. The insinuation that anyone who has an unpopular idea about ponies must be trolling or trying to start shit, but that’s a whole ‘nother issue I wont get started on.
