Halp with Sai
I used to be able to hold down control and click or tap with my stylus and in sai it’d jump to the layer of whatever I clicked. After a fresh reinstall it doesn’t do that anymore. Anyone have any idea how to make it do that again?

Maybe go to services, stop the programme that is running your tablet and start it back up. Usually works for me.
